One of her career highlights was a performance in Bristol for The Royal Family, as a soloist of a gospel choir she was with at the time. With the same gospel choir Paula performed at ‘Gloryfest’ and in Bristol Beacon.
These days, Paula plays many private shows around UK in an acoustic set up with her pianist or guitarist (songs include: originals, jazz standards and special requests). For more enquiries go to the ‘Contact’ page.
Paula’s first solo album ‘Haunted House’ was released in 2019 . It started as a short EP as a part of her dissertation to finish her Masters in Songwriting at Bath Spa University. Later, the EP developed into a whole album. Paula brought onboard Jan Freicher, her life long friend and collaborator, who co-produced the album with her.
The second solo album ‘Unexpected’ is the first album that Paula Jasmine James arranged and produced by herself.
